💬 What You'll Do

• Engage with warm leads via Facebook direct messaging – no cold calling
• Qualify prospects using our proven scripts and booking criteria
• Schedule sales calls for our team of closers
• Keep accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
• Hit weekly targets for booked and attended calls
• Join regular team calls and contribute to ongoing improvements

🎯 Requirements

• US or Canadian Citizen
• Strong written English and professional communication skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using Facebook as a sales tool
• Prior sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus (but not required)

💸 Compensation

$100 per qualified show (meets criteria and attends)
10% commission per sale booked from your pipeline
Package size: $3,000–$5,000 → earnings per closed call: $300–$500
